This New York’s Artisan Cheese was a delight to try.
It takes me back to the times my brother and I tried to out do each other by putting the most wasabi on our food before we ate it.
Jenny: “Mild and creamy cheese mixed with a tang of wasabi - makes for a delightful combination”
Jerry: “Yeah, I’d agree with that. Also goes well with green tea”
Chris: <<Chris didn’t come over tonight - hope he’s OK after the BoonaRoo wine tasting last night>>
I also tried it with a few different crackers; triscuits and wheat thins, and a gluten free cracker (Jenny is Gluten intolerant)
They all did well. In fact, in true “frugal connoisseur fashion” we both decided that a nice cracker with a light spread of wasabi paste and some mild cheese would pair nicely in comparison to this light-green colored cheese. But this would be the way to go if you are looking for a novelty to serve at your next party.
I even found it to go rather nicely with some Mighty Leaf green tea both solo and on crackers.
